705.110 (1) No air operator shall permit a person to act and no person shall act as a flight dispatcher unless the person has fulfilled the requirements of the air operator’s training program and, after June 1, 1998, holds a flight dispatcher certificate. (2) An air operator shall notify the Minister whenever a flight dispatcher certificate is issued or becomes invalid.
