605.20 No person shall conduct a take-off in a balloon for the purpose of night VFR flight unless it is equipped with (a) equipment required pursuant to section 605.19; (b) position lights; (c) a means of illuminating all of the instruments used by the flight crew, including a flashlight; and (d) in the case of a hot air balloon, two independent fuel systems.
