604.205 The personnel of a private operator shall (a) report to the operations manager any issue relating to the safety management system, including (i) deficiencies, and (ii) aviation-safety-related hazards, incidents or accidents; and (b) share, with any person with whom the private operator exchanges services, any information relating to aviation safety.
