602.30 No person shall jettison fuel from an aircraft in flight unless (a) it is necessary to do so in order to ensure aviation safety; and (b) all appropriate measures are taken to minimize danger to human life and damage to the environment, insofar as the circumstances permit. SOR/2025-98, s. 9(F)
