602.08 (1) No operator of an aircraft shall permit the use of a PED on board an aircraft if the use of the PED could adversely affect the operation of the aircraft or the functioning of the aircraft’s systems or equipment. (2) No person shall use a portable electronic device on board an aircraft except with the permission of the operator of the aircraft. SOR/2019-296, s. 6
