401.81 The Minister shall, as appropriate, endorse the following permits and licences with a flight instructor rating — glider, balloon or gyroplane if the applicant for the rating meets the requirements referred to in section 401.06: (a) pilot permit — gyroplane; (b) pilot licence — glider; and (c) pilot licence — balloon.
