401.79 The holder of a pilot licence endorsed with a Class 2 flight instructor rating — helicopter may (a) exercise the privileges of a Class 3 flight instructor rating — helicopter; (b) supervise the holder of a pilot licence endorsed with a Class 4 flight instructor rating — helicopter; and (c) act as chief flight instructor of a flight training unit.
