401.64 The holder of a pilot licence endorsed with a Class 4 flight instructor rating — aeroplane or a Class 4 flight instructor rating — helicopter shall, in respect of the trainees under their supervision, keep records in accordance with the personnel licensing standards. SOR/2025-241, s. 10
