401.52 The Minister shall endorse the following licences with a second officer rating if the applicant for the rating meets the requirements referred to in section 401.06: (a) commercial pilot licence — aeroplane; (b) airline transport pilot licence — aeroplane; and (c) multi-crew pilot licence — aeroplane.
