307.10 (1) The proponent shall not start the proposed aerodrome work before the end of 30 days after the date on which the summary report is provided to the Minister. (2) If the proponent does not start the proposed aerodrome work within five years after the date on which the summary report is provided to the Minister, the proponent shall once again comply with the requirements of this Subpart.
