305.10 (1) The holder of a heliport certificate shall ensure that the heliport meets the applicable requirements set out in these Regulations and in the applicable heliport standard. (2) The holder of a heliport certificate shall (a) maintain the organizational structure referred to in subparagraph 305.08(3)(a)(i); and (b) notify the Minister within 10 working days after any change in its legal name, trade name or managerial personnel.
