202.59 (1) If a basic ultra-light aeroplane that is registered is no longer a basic ultra-light aeroplane, its certificate of registration is cancelled. (2) If an advanced ultra-light aeroplane that is registered is no longer an advanced ultra-light aeroplane, its certificate of registration is cancelled. SOR/2000-405, s. 15
