202.16 The Minister, on receipt of an application in accordance with the Aircraft Marking and Registration Standards , shall register an aircraft where the owner of the aircraft (a) is qualified to be the registered owner of a Canadian aircraft pursuant to section 202.15; and (b) meets the requirements set out in those standards.
