Due diligence defence 7.56 (1) A person is not to be found guilty of an offence under this Part if they establish that they exercised all due diligence to prevent the commission of the offence. Exceptions (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an offence relating to a contravention of subsection 7.3(1) or 7.41(1). 2026, c. 3, s. 480
